Starting beauty school at the age of 16, Misty earned her cosmetology license by the time she graduated high school in 2000. Moving to a successful salon, she specialized in color for 10 years.  She  conducted developmental classes for 4 years, training new chemical specialists, and she became a focus leader in the salon for 2 years teaching motivational classes to the salons' top employees.

Deciding to focus on her own evolution , she expanded her craft by adding haircuts, styling, photo shoots, producing fashion shows for charity, and having her work in multiple magazines.  Now, having been in the industry since 2000, Misty has developed a keen eye for hair and can organize, produce, and manage any event that comes her way!
